So I stepped off the corporate treadmill and learned how to listen to and care for my changing body. This one simple decision saved my life.

Starting November 15th, 2011, we'll meet by phone every TUESDAY for 8 weeks (except for Thanksgiving and Christmas week) at 5:30 PST/8:30 EST. All calls are recorded for your convenience, so you can tune in any time. Here's a brief look at what we'll cover:

WEEK 1: TUESDAY 11/15

Prelude to a Midlife Detox: An in-depth, frank discussion about detoxing—including your questions, fears and concerns—and some simple steps you can take to get ready to "take out the trash," starting next week.

WEEK 2: TUESDAY 11/29

Detox Week: By now, you'll have received your individual session with me where we identify some issues and customize a Detox Plan for you. Holiday Help: The holidays are here—will you thrive, or just survive? In this call, we'll set a plan for how to break out of your annual indulgences and do THIS holiday season differently. We'll talk about conquering cravings and keeping your blood sugar balanced.

WEEK 6: TUESDAY 1/3

Beyond Resolutions: We all know what happens to the typical New Year's resolutions. By February—poof! In this call, we'll focus on what you need to do to set yourself up for success this year—for the whole year.

WEEK 7: TUESDAY 1/10

Brain and Gut Health: In this call, we'll talk about how one affects the other, and how both can impact your body. I'll help you develop a personalized Lifestyle Formula to help you stay CLEAR and CLEAN into your later years.

WEEK 8: TUESDAY 1/17

Sex, Sleep, Hormones: This is a call you won't want to miss. We'll get into the juicy details of how you can have better (more comfortable!) sex, wake up in the morning feeling refreshed and energized, and keep your hormones from running the show.
